What Is Included with The Door Purchase?

Entry doors are pre-hung meaning the jamb, door, glass, flush bolt, roller latch, & sweep, hinges (hidden, standard, pivot) are included, but may not be assembled due to logistics for shipping and may require assembly at location.

Can I Order a Custom Door?

Yes, we can make almost any design (inquire with sales representative), glass style, color, and size of aluminum entry doors. What Is A Thermal Break, Thermally Broken, Or Thermal Barrier?

We make thermally broken aluminum doors that withstand drastic changes in temperature or when the temperature drops below freezing. The thermal break is a continuous barrier between the inside and outside window/door frames to greatly reduce noise, cold, and heat energy. Thermal break technology uses a reinforced polyamide bar between the inside and outside aluminum profiles, creating an insulated barrier within the window or door frame.

Do We Do Installation? 

No, we are a distributor of windows and doors throughout the U.S. and do not install the doors. However, we will recommend our highly skilled and reputable contractors that would be able to quote your entire project and install our Products.

Where Do We Ship And How Long Does It Take?

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Custom order product shipping is included in the provided final price and is not charged separately. In stock products will have a separately calculated shipping cost depending on location and carrier. For Texas residents, we offer free local pickup from our Dallas warehouse. We have a ramp and dock loading options at the warehouse.

Can I Pick Up My Product?

Yes, we offer free local pickup from our warehouse in Dallas, TX. We will load the product onto your truck free of charge.

​

How Will My Product Be Packaged?

Our doors are packaged with protective materials in boxes or wooden crates, to prevent damage by shipping carriers. Note, you will need multiple people to help dismantle the pallet once delivered curbside.

Are Handles & Locks Included?

Yes, as per the design, style, or custom order of Product.

​

Can I Change My Order?

Custom orders are FINAL once approved and submitted.

What is The Lead Time?

Lead Time is usually around 10-14 weeks. For some products, we have an express delivery of 6-8 weeks.
